Since earning his real estate license in 2015, Luis has been deeply immersed in the world of real estate investing. Starting with brokering multifamily sales, he quickly realized the potential of becoming more directly involved in the properties he was dealing with. This insight led him to transition into investing and becoming an owner-operator, where he could apply his knowledge and strategic vision more directly.
